This film showcases the efforts of three partners of Sir Ratan Tata Trust in the Central India Initiative, which aims to enhance the livelihoods of tribals through land and water-focused development interventions. In parts of Gujarat, west Madhya Pradesh and south Rajasthan, these three organisations have adopted a river-basin approach, whereby soil and water conservation measures, construction of check dams and community-managed lift irrigation systems are designed and executed.
